GMR Delivers, LLC is just a food delivery service. We accept your payment, process the orders, and send to the driver. That being said, once the order has been placed there is little, if any window to cancel the order. Once this happens the order cannot be cancelled, and you will NOT receive any refund. If you do feel a refund is in order, please let us know the reason, and we will investigate. Forgotten food will be re delivered and not refunded unless approved by the restaurant. Also, the decision to refund an investigated order, will also come down to the restaurants decision as well. We rarely have problems, but when they happen we will correct them. Please ensure you are close to your phone, as this is the #1 reason a customer will request a refund, and this is not our fault. Our drivers will need to contact customers on a regular basis. Also, the delivery times shown can change. These are set for a typical night, and you will be notified if there is a delay, if you are using the app. We do appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
